A non refundable deposit is required as indicated on booking.  Final Payment is due one month prior to departure. It is a condition of carriage that a passenger has paid all tour monies prior to the departure date. Cancellation Fees on most tours.

31 days and over—Non Refundable Deposit only

30 to 22 days—Non Refundable Deposit + 15% of total tour cost

15 to 21 days—Non Refundable Deposit + 25% of total tour cost

14 to 8 days—Non Refundable Deposit + 35% of total tour cost

Under 7 days—Non Refundable Deposit + 50% of total tour cost.

If a tour has commenced, no refund of fare or unused portion of the tour will be refunded.

OGDEN’S TRAVEL reserves the right to alter or change the accommodation,   carriers or coaches at any time for any reason.  It also has the right to cancel/alter the itinerary and/or tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to road, weather or traffic conditions, non performances of supplies, industrial action, operational conditions and requirements.

» If the tour is cancelled due to lack of numbers a full refund will be given.

» Travel Insurance is not included but is HIGHLY recommended.
